Vision:
  • End Dependence of Village Based Artisans (VBA) from Large Aid Organizations
  • Provide financial security and purchasing power to VBA through the acquisition of hand made traditional crafts
  • Promote long term financial stability and opportunity for VBA to create their own business which will ultimately help reduce poverty
  • Increase overall happiness of VBA through their participation with A Village Life
  • Provide communities in the USA with exposure to informal sectors and challenges facing VBA in developing nations
  • Provide volunteer opportunities for students to travel to developing nations in Africa and learn about cultural diversity and social entrepreneurship
  • Provide our local community with access to different cultures and educational opportunities about villages and tribes that we purchase from
  • Inspire people to take initiative to be part of the world not just our community
  • Promote awareness of issues facing those in the informal sectors
  • Promote Social change and sustainable development
  • People will feel "good  about their purchase from VBA in developing nations
